In conventional thermal systems, water or steam is typically used as the heat transfer fluid.
However, in high-temperature industrial processes, using these fluids requires high operating pressures, which increases costs and introduces significant safety considerations.
The hot oil boiler solves this problem. Unlike hot water or steam boilers, it allows achieving high temperatures at low operating pressures. دمای بالا در فشار کاری پایین را فراهم میکند.
For example: Thermal oil at around 300°C operates at nearly atmospheric pressure, while reaching the same temperature with water or steam would require a pressure of approximately 85 bar.

Packaged hot oil boilers are designed and manufactured according to API and DIN 4754 international standards. Safety and performance optimization are strictly observed at all stages of production.
These boilers are available in capacities from 100,000 to 6,000,000 kcal/h, designed as three-pass systems and offered in both vertical and horizontal models.
